First cook on the new Pit Boss AustinXL. Pork belly (burnt ends) and some beef back ribs. Meat Church BBQ the Gospel on ribs, and Honey Hog BBQ

Yesterday's smoked butter burgers turned out amazing. So juicy when you grate frozen butter into the ground beef. Meat Church BBQ Texas Sugar rub mixed in as well. I used one of Leia's apple sauce pouches, and mandarin oranges blended in the nutri bullet, and then diluted it with a bit of water, and put that into the water pan. That combined with the burger drippings, made a really flavorful topping, along with lettuce, tomato, and braised bell peppers and onions.

Making pulled pork late tonight, for tomorrow. Going to try the 2x1 charcoal snake with apple chunks, on the drum smoker.
