Arkansas, remember SB 298?? The ARKANSAS SOVEREIGNTY ACT of 2021 was intended to insulate Arkansans from this sort of continued infringement. Unfortunately, your REPUBLICAN majority legislature was unable to override a veto from your REPUBLICAN Governor. And now REPUBLICANS in DC are supporting bills that will make further efforts much more difficult. This is unacceptable and why I am providing an alternative for Arkansas.

As a Pro-Life Libertarian, I've been warning about this since Texas passed their law. As much as I would like to see abortions reduced to zero, turning citizens against each other just furthers the divide between us and gives the state powers that it should not have. NOW that precedent is being used to destroy our rights. Both laws need repealed.
