**Job Advertisement: Concrete Finisher Needed in Tri-Cities**

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team in Tri-Cities. If you have a passion for creating quality concrete finishes and possess the following qualifications, we'd love to hear from you!

**Job Requirements:**

- Ability to lift 100 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to spend several hours on your knees during concrete finishing tasks.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to job sites.

**Qualifications:**

- Demonstrated experience in concrete finishing techniques, including brooming, hand/power troweling, facing concrete, bull floating, and screeding.
- Proficiency in various finishing methods such as broom, exposed aggregate, stamped, and colored finishes.
- Accurate form-setting skills, including the ability to pound concrete stakes in straight to a string line, set levels, slopes, and grades, and square forms accurately.
