When conducting a home inspection, I am frequently asked whether my primary objective is to cover myself or genuinely identify issues. Rest assured, my focus is on protecting the buyer's interests. This week alone, I encountered several significant problems, including a leaking main drain stack, compromised roof truss, inadequate chimney flashing, damaged roofing, rafter separation, and fungal deterioration of rafters.

If anyone knows a Licensed Radon Mitigation Specialist, I would be interested in speaking to him or her. We are hoping to bring on a radon mitigation specialist as a 1099 team member.
