CWS is looking to hire an Eline Manager for our Gulf of Mexico Wireline Operations! This individual will be key to securing our organization's successful and sustained operations in the Gulf of Mexico.

A few of the Roles and Responsibilities of the Position are as follows:

• Ensure all E-Line operations adhere to company policies, standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made.

• Deliver reports to the company to ensure daily activity is communicated throughout the organization.

• Collaborates with the team to set goals and establish strategic plans to accomplish company-wide objectives.

• Works to manage the cost of the operation by adhering to the company procurement standard.

• Ensure the integrity of company quality policy by adhering to company maintenance standards and equipment preparation.

• Interface with the Internal Sales Team, Engineering, and Customers to plan and execute E-Line operations.

• Forecast upcoming work and plan E-Line operations
• Collaborate with Slickline Manager to allocate resources for current and upcoming work (personnel and equipment)
• Serve as subject matter expert for E-Line operational tasks to both internal and external customers
• Daily Direction setting for shop activities
• Review field tickets for accuracy before submitting to the administration team for processing
• Review Time Sheets from employees
• Encourage employee progression through the Training and Career Development Program
• Recruit and hire personnel to meet staffing needs.
