TTI Machine is a family-owned precision machine shop specializing in repair work, custom machining, and heavy industrial components. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on machinist to join our team.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, boring mills, and VTLs
Perform general and complex repair machining
Work from engineering drawings, sketches, or sample parts
Complete one-off and short-run job shop work
Maintain accuracy, quality, and safe work practices
Preferred Skills

Experience in a job shop environment
Strong understanding of machining fundamentals
Ability to work independently and problem-solve
Knowledge of repair work, weld prep, machining worn parts, etc.
Requirements

Proven experience as a machinist
Must pass a background check
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Dependable, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced shop
Pay & Benefits

Pay is dependent on experience
