The Spinster Kitchen

Hello! TSK is currently on a summer market hiatus (fudge doesn’t bode well in 90° weather). I’ll still be taking special orders and looking to sell in local shops. Just send a DM. Keep an eye out for autumn markets (maybe sooner, we’ll see).

This weekend The Spinster Kitchen is back at Grand Bazaar for the 2025 season! We’re going big. Easter specials including Carrot Cake and Bunny Guts fudge, and we’ll have perennial favorites like Thai Iced Tea, Hit Cocoa, Mint Chocolate, and Cookies ‘n’ Creme. And you better believe we’ll have sea salt caramels and other goodies!

10am to 5pm. 100 W. 77th st.

First market of the season! The Kitchen is in full bloom as the Spinster spins up some springtime sweetmeats.

Come through and sample decadent fudges: Carrot Cake, Thai Iced Tea, Easter Bunny, and more! You can also expect sweet, salty, and spicy nut brittles and hard candies. And it should go without saying that we’ll have our signature Maldon Sea Salt Caramels!

April 12th and 26th from 1-6pm at Heavy Woods. 50 Wyckoff Ave., Bushwick.

New flavor alert! Berries ‘n’ Cream made with white chocolate and blueberry pie filling. Sprinkled with is dusting of sanding sugar for a little extra sparkle.

BOO! Check out the spooky Halloween specialties available at this weekend! Bloody Red Velvet, Candy Corn (divisive), Vanilla Cake, Hot Cocoa, and Cookies ‘n’ Cream. We’ll also have caramel apples! It’s going to be a hoot!
