Get Fit with Coach K

I spent the day watching my niece, my best friend since 1995 daughter Kace Urlacher and her team Chicago State Women's basketball play Wagner Women's Bball in Staten Island. It was a good game. They didn't get the win but they never gave up. I was impressed. This beautiful, intelligent woman is going places. with this one, you don't have to worry.

Just because I don't post all the time doesn't mean I'm still not working on me. This is what 241lbs looks like. The goal is 210 before the end of the year.
