Kindred Thoughts is hosting a Sales and Marketing Workshop, including a Q&A session, led by LaTasha Stewart-Estelle, Senior Sales Director of HarperCollins Christian Publishing and HarperCollins Focus. Substack Co-Founder Announces New Book

Substack co-founder Hamish McKenzie is set to release his new book, How to Save the Media, an exploration of how journalism, independent publishing, and the creator economy can thrive in an era of social media, algorithms, and declining trust in traditional media.

In How to Save the Media, McKenzie argues that the future of media belongs to independent creators who build direct relationships with their audiences. Drawing from his experience helping build Substack, he explores why ownership, subscriptions, and community are becoming increasingly important for writers, journalists, podcasters, and creators looking to build sustainable businesses.
