I'm thinking about starting a working group for musicians working with found text. For composers, songwriters, arrangers. "Text" could mean either literal texts, like just words. Or traditional or folk material more broadly. And this group will of course be called Textual Healing. Obviously.

Most of my people are in the Yiddish / secular Jewish world, but I could see this being a good workshop + collaborative setting for all sorts of folks. I'm thinking a monthly series.
