A building that by no means was an easy sale, and under normal conditions would've appealed strongly to the international buyers.

But regardless of travel restrictions, and having only 8 months of actual in-person showings - they managed to sell out in ONE Year.

The building was launched in February of 2020 and the last contract was signed in Feb of 2021. 🙌
