A beautiful message from about rethinking tradition and making space for more voices…

And somehow, there’s OUR matzo right in the middle of it (well… on the shelf).

A 2,000-year-old cracker in a very current conversation. We like that.

New products. New colors. A NEW voice. A fresh, lively take on what the kosher shelf can (finally) be ✨

Golden, toasty, coconutty little clouds. ✨
Chocolate-dipped macaroons

Crisp edges. Chewy centers.
Half dipped in chocolate, finished with a little fleur de sel.
These don’t last.

What you need:

• 8 egg whites
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp honey
• 5 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
• 1/2 cup Gluten Free Golden Cake Mix
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• Fleur de sel (for finishing)

Preheat oven to 350.

Over LOW heat, mix egg whites, sugar, salt + honey until combined (NOT hot).
Add remaining ingredients + stir to an oatmeal-like consistency.
Let cool.

Dampen hands, scoop onto parchment (leave space).
Bake 18–20 min until golden.

Cool → dip in melted chocolate → sprinkle fleur de sel → chill → bring back to room temp.

Try not to eat them all before guests arrive.
