The Brooklyn Lyceum was seemingly lost to judicial savagery.

But all was not lost as the court, after saying, at oral argument, they would rule on the facts and the law, made up a fact to avoid one law and invoke another, seemingly the final stake in the heart of the Lyceum. Not quite, as some issues are forever.

NewsFlash: If 19< 26, the Lyceum has a puncher's chance to unwind a quagmire of an appellate decision with multiple flat out lies by 4 judges w/ more than a century of combined legal experience. Stay tuned. Get some popcorn. We tried to do this quiet like... got the bums rush from clerk of the court, an MIT grad who knew darn well that 19 is not MORE THAN 26!
