Laos 🇱🇦 - Part 2:
- epic climb to an epic vista
- wandering the charming dusty street of Nong Khiaw
- delicious food everywhere from home kitchens to fancy gardens
- full moon prayers at the foot of a giant buddha
- one last walk the Mekong

I’m posting sitting in the airport here in Bangkok, thankful to have experienced so much beauty. Many thanks to for being such a great travel partner … we’ve done 25 countries together!

I am recharged and ready to get back to my regular program of music, yoga, and bodywork! See you all soon 💖

Laos - part 1
- magical swimming at Kuang Si Waterfalls
- wandering around Luang Prabang
- Phou Si Hill for sunset
- coffee overlooking the Mekong River
- riverboat trip to Pak Ou caves
- lighting all the candle and incense at the temples

Vietnam part 1:
- Hanoi street life, food (pho & mochi pastry pictured), temples
- train street from the ground and then from onboard the overnight train to Sapa
- trekking through the fog and hills and bamboo in Sapa

So many thoughts about what’s going on in the world rn, but I don’t have the words atm … love you all
