Learning about studio lighting unlocked a whole new world for me as a artist. Growing up as a street photographer it was more about responding to the light you had rather than creating it on your own. Once my incredible teacher equipped me with the science behind what made that light happen, I was suddenly equipped with the ability to create on my own. Tomorrow at 6pm in our In Clinton Hill we will be passing that insight along to all of you. We only have a few slots left for tomorrow’s class, so if you’ve ever wanted to answer the question “How did they do that?” This is for you. Link in bio.

On this day of saint valentine, we think about relationships. Relationships with our loved ones. Relationships with ourselves. Today I’m thinking about the relationship with our creations. Relationships with our art. Deeper than this image is a world. One that came down from the formless to the form. Interact with the meaning behind this screen and engage with this world!
