A couple of conditioning drills. I usually mix up ladder or hurdle drills with sprints or add something before transition into mini sprints. There are days just for sprinting too ☺️
Here,
(1) Squat jumps into lateral bounds and then on coach’s cue break out into a sprint
(2) Lateral hurdle quick feet and transition into a lateral hurdle jump and then sprint
I’m a little rusty but I’m getting back into it 💪🏽🏃🏽♀️💨
