Flex Dance Program is an arts education nonprofit rooted in the belief that dance can transform lives — especially in difficult circumstances.

In every session, we begin and end with something simple but powerful: a check-in.

95% of the youth we work with rate themselves higher after dancing with us.
Not because everything in their lives suddenly changes — but because they discover something new inside themselves.
