One of the greatest rewards of leadership is seeing the long-term impact of what you poured into people years ago.
Today, as I walked into the office, a gentleman I worked with back in 2019 called my name and stopped me. He shared that because of what he learned while working with me, he has become more confident and a better man, both in business and in his personal life.
Moments like that are meaningful because they reinforce something I strongly believe: true leadership is about transformation. It is about helping people grow in identity, confidence, discipline, and character.
That is one of the main reasons I wrote The Identity Standard.
This book is a 31-day manual that breaks down the values and principles that helped shape my own life, leadership, and business journey. My goal is to help others experience the same kind of growth and results.

After 20 years in entrepreneurship, being a husband, a father of six, and the head of my household, I’ve learned something most leadership books never teach:
Leadership problems are identity problems.
Over time I built a personal system rooted in the Book of Proverbs to sharpen discipline, strengthen decision-making, and lead with clarity in business and at home.
What started as something I built for myself became The Identity Standard™ — a 31-day biblical leadership formation process.
The website and manual are now live.

This is formation.

For the last 20 years, I’ve been an entrepreneur.
Along that journey I’ve also been something even more important:
• a husband
• a father of six children
• a head of household
• a man responsible for leading a family and building a legacy
Through business, leadership, wins, mistakes, pressure, and growth, I realized something powerful:
Success without identity is unstable.
Discipline without wisdom eventually collapses.
And leadership without foundation will eventually break under pressure.
That realization led me back to something timeless — the wisdom found in the Book of Proverbs.
Over time I began building a personal system of reflection, discipline, and leadership development rooted in Scripture. Something that helped me sharpen my thinking, govern myself better, and lead with clarity in business, in my home, and in life.
Eventually I realized something:
This wasn’t just notes.
It was a standard.
Today I’m honored to release that work into the world.
The Identity Standard™
A 31-Day Biblical Leadership Formation Process designed to help individuals develop:
• self-governance
• discipline
• leadership clarity
• sales performance
• identity anchored in wisdom
Each day walks through Proverbs and includes:
The Standard Breakdown
Leadership Lessons
Sales Applications
Daily Reflection
Action Challenges
Prayer and Affirmation
I originally created this for myself.
But if it can help one person lead their family better, run their business with greater clarity, or build a stronger life rooted in wisdom — then it deserves to be shared.
The website is now live.
