We are all connected. Together we are stronger. They try to divide us but we are one.

Powerless.
I think of this word often as I painfully watch the news of events all over the world. I see horrible things happening to innocent people. I want to kick, scream and yell. Frustration brews inside of me. I look down at my hands in disgust of myself and my inability to make change.

But then I remember, I am the one allowing this feeling of powerlessness to take over me. Where I might not be able to shift world events in an instant like I want to, I can shift and make loving & nonviolent changes around me. If we all do the same, change will ricochet across the globe.

Small changes are just as important as large ones.
We are ALL in this together.
