Our team is looking forward to a great week in North Carolina speaking as part of LTC2prepare training of long-term care facilities, staff, management and operations personnel on how to respond to and build in their COOP continuity of operations plan. The pandemic revealed that long-term care in the health sector was quite fragile and vulnerable to a number of shocks and stresses. This three year long training program has helped thousands who work in long-term care facilities to become more . Being part of a great team, with University of Louisville School of Medicine , U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Stantec and CMS has been a wonderful experience.
