🚨 Congress just voted to pour $70 billion more into the mass detention and deportation machine that separates children and parents, fuels fear, and abuses the human rights of millions.

Instead of investing in the safety, dignity, and well-being of families, and communities, lawmakers chose to lock in funding and strip away congressional oversight for and through 2029.

Justice in Motion is deeply disappointed by this vote. We will continue fighting for a world where people can move safely, stay connected to their families, and access justice across borders.
