Unfortunately I was just informed this morning my dear friend Steve Leopold passed away at the age of 73 in Florida. He was a resident for the last 3 years residing at the grand court village assisted living facility in pompano beach. I had the privilege of having known him and calling him friend. He was the godfather of my 2 daughters and I know they feel the loss very deeply as much as I do. I'm sure he is in a better place. He was loved by many and his loss will no doubt be felt by all that had a chance to know him. Rest in peace my fellow opera lover and very good friend.
