Alex Reyes, Men's Victory Path
When millions danced.
With many symbolic, cultural, and historical references and still a message of love being more powerful than hate.
He kept it real, creative, grounded, direct, metaphorical, rhythmical, and for many... Inspirational!
Second Month of 2026
This is where most resolutions fade.
Not because men are weak.
But because most resolutions are built on emotion, not structure.
January feels powerful.
February feels real.
This is the phase that matters.
The movement in this video is a trunk rotational exercise with a 16kg kettlebell.
From the bottom position through full rotation above shoulder level.
Controlled.
Deliberate.
Repeated.
Nothing flashy to see here.
Just consistent work.
That’s the point.
At 53 in April, I am not chasing BS trends or hype cycles. I am building durability.
Consistency beyond January requires three things:
Structure over mood.
You do not train because you feel inspired.
You train because it is scheduled.
Standards over streaks.
Missing a day does not collapse the system.
Lowering your standards sure as hell does.
Identity over goals.
Goals expire.
Identity compounds.
Most men set outcome goals.
Very few install behavioral identity.
Lose 15 pounds fades.
What lasts is what follows the words “I am.”
For me, it is simple.
Beast.
Fitness Pro Tip.
After 21 years in the field, I can tell you this.
Rotational training is not optional if you care about long term performance.
Humans move through three dimensional space.
Yet most common exercises train you in one plane.
That is incomplete.
If you do not train rotation:
• You limit athletic capacity
• You increase injury risk
• You underdevelop real world strength
Three dimensionalize your training.
Strength that only moves forward and backward is not fully functional strength.
The deeper parallel is leadership.
If your training only happens when conditions are perfect, you are not building strength.
If your standards only hold when motivation is high, they are not standards.
February tests identity.
The question is not:
Did you start strong?
The question is:
Are you still building?
You do not need motivation.
You need structure and commitment.
Structure, applied consistently, compounds.
No hype.
Just forward motion.
STAY ENGAGED! 💪

Leadership in an AI Age
AI is accelerating.
Content is multiplying.
Trust is thinning.
And in that environment, the advantage doesn’t go to the loudest voice.
It goes to the most human one.
People are getting tired of noise, synthetic engagement, and not knowing what’s real.
When everything can be generated, filtered, optimized, and automated…
genuine presence becomes rare.
And what’s rare becomes valuable.
This isn’t about rejecting technology. I use AI every day. It’s powerful.
But if efficiency replaces relationship, we erode the one thing leadership depends on — trust.
Human connection is not nostalgia.
It’s infrastructure.
• Confidential spaces where men speak plainly
• Direct conversations instead of assumptions
• Clear invitations instead of passive hope
You can build influence without building leadership.
But you cannot build leadership without building connection.
As the world becomes more synthetic,
the question is simple:
Will you become more human?
Connection isn’t a soft skill.
It’s necessary for the human condition.
And in this season, it may be the rarest asset you can cultivate.
