New Work! The Drop Weekly
We developed the logo mnemonic, typographic system, and motion language for The Drop Weekly, a new editorial series highlighting the week in new releases.
The logo tag remains constant, with only its background color shifting each week.
A secondary system of typography and gradient patterns supports the core mark, creating variation within a unified structure that takes full advantage of Spotify’s new variable font.
thanks to .work for the variable .app magic 🪄

🟢 NEW WORK / Identity 2025
🔗 in bio
Since 2003, Nuits Sonores has turned Lyon into an urban stage for electronic and independent music, filling the city with concerts, DJ sets, art, and culture.
The only rule was to keep the logo. Everything else was open.
We created a generative tool that translated rhythm into form, with letters and shapes moving like fragments of sound, vibrating, scattering, and reforming in motion.
The identity extended across signage, posters, screens, stage visuals, merch, programs, and more...
A black-and-white base charged with neon green 🟢, soon adopted by festivalgoers in outfits, glowsticks, makeup, and hair dye.
That green became a symbol of participation, glowing through lights and lasers across the city.
Big thanks to .farty.eu & Julien Roche, Mathis Alexandre for inviting us to do the project – and doing a wonderful job adapting the work.
And HUGE thanks to the great for the collaboration, development and production of the generative tool (there were a lot of tools 🛠️ before the final!)
