3️⃣ flatbush burial ground — the land holds history. we hold the line. our founder, allyson martinez + elected officials on site — community and power, face to face. 🌀
4️⃣ bethany senior terraces — before we were responsible for getting the word out. we helped neighbors apply. ✊🏾

We didn’t rush this one. Finding the right person to lead our Community Land Trust work — someone who not only understands the policy but lives the mission — took time. And Bryan Lenz Belmont was worth every bit of the wait.

Born and raised in Flatlands, Bryan brings the kind of roots, vision, and conviction that you can’t manufacture. He knows these blocks. He knows what’s at stake. And he’s here to build something lasting.
