Baby is 6 months, and I’m 6 months postpartum! It’s been such a lovely experience becoming a new mother for the third time! I’ve had some bumps on this journey with I’ve learned some valuable things to continue to grow myself which will grow them as well! I am now sharing them with others as time goes along. I now have a postpartum workbook/journal!

Divine Chrysalis: Mommy First: Postpartum Birth Release Workbook Daily Journal for Moms https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09QFG4YXB/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_V93SWRCP0V33RHKAAQ60

I also have pdf available (lower price for since no shipping) so you can repeat use or if birthworkers would like to provide for their clients. (Message for this!)

This week for practical life activities we’re doing spooning. This will help to continue developing the hand control and movements needed to manipulate a spoon. Also it increases concentration and independence!

Always care for yourself first Mamas… children adapt. Observe the environment and see how can you make your environment work for you.

How I’m working towards going back to handling things by myself again. Of course the higher power is with me. God is always within me so I am grateful for everything coming my way and how it’s helping me grow into the spirit I am. I look forward to seeing this new side of motherhood for myself. I always grow and become a new mother with each child. We have sensory play, fine motor skills, and life skills here plus more. So many learning opportunities with this one activity. Even care of environment because they will have to learn to keep everything in the tub not on the floor. It does take patience as they have to learn this.
