We taped at last week, and I made this little time-lapse of the final rehearsal before the taping.

This is what the process actually looks like. People get up, try something, adjust it, and try again and then try it again and again until it works as reliably as you can expect.

I had the chance to work with , , Justin D’Ambrosio, Susan Rohde, , and . They did the hardest part, taking these stories apart and rebuilding them week after week. And I *loved* talking these stories over with Patricia Alvarado and Tinku Ray each week.

It was such a joy to watch these folks pour their patience and passion into this, and see a little community form among a group of strangers. That’s always my favorite part.

I do this work with teams and leaders as well. I help people shape stories, strengthen presentations, and communicate in a way that connects with an audience - and naturally, I’m looking for more of this work.
