Client Spotlight: .5 and I started working together 6 months ago with the goal of getting him leaner and retaining as much muscle as possible. We went from 193 to 143 losing a total of 50 pounds. Now we are in the process of slowly working his food back up to pack on some quality muscle, with hopes of one day competing. He worked hard and it paid off!
