Very proud of my self. I’ve been consistent for almost a year now im running 2 miles everyday 50 push ups and 30 minutes of intense working out, Quit drinking Mountain Dew. Quit blunts. Quit hanging around stagnant ass people. I’m reading a book a month. I’ve laser focused on my business most importantly I’ve been working on my mental. This post ain’t for y’all as much as it is for me. Keep going brown boy.
