PWS is now hiring a Traveling Dirt Foreman
Are you a skilled Dirt Foreman who takes pride in leading crews and delivering high-quality sitework? We’re looking for a motivated professional ready to travel and take charge on projects across the region.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and supervise earthwork crews on grading, excavation, and site development projects
• Read and interpret plans, ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and equipment operators
• Maintain safety standards and jobsite organization
• Travel to various project locations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Dirt Foreman or similar role in construction/sitework
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to operate and understand heavy equipment
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
• Valid driver’s license
