Taking inventory is important to businesses to see where they need more of certain items and less of others. We as well come in seasons in life where inventory needs to be taken as well. The scripture talks of the slave and her son, representing the covenant of the law. In the same scripture, the free woman and son, represents the covenant Jesus brought to us, grace. Check the inventory of your spiritual life. Where are you holding space for the law? Where do you need to apply and surrender to His Grace? Don’t worry about getting stuck, ask Holy Spirit to guide you and reveal to you the truths of your soul.

“But what do the Scriptures say about that? “Get rid of the slave and her son, for the son of the slave woman will not share the inheritance with the free woman’s son.” So, dear brothers and sisters, we are not children of the slave woman; we are children of the free woman.” Galatians‬ ‭4‬:‭30‬-‭31‬ ‭NLT‬‬
