We had the joy of hosting Mrs. Angelina Martin’s birthday party this morning!
99 years young!! What a blessing!! Happy Birthday Mrs. Angelina!!

Due to the bad weather forcasted to move through our area tonight. We will be closing tonight around 7:15 to give our employees time to get home ahead of the storms.

All of us small business owners not just in Brookhaven but every small town rely on our customers to keep us in business. We are all feeling the pinch during this time of year coming out of the holiday period when business typically slows down. Unexpected weather causing business closings, limited travel for customers and disrupted or cancelled deliveries really throws a kink in finances not only for the owner but also its employees. We really appreciate the support we receive from our community and are extremely greatful!!

Like so many small businesses, this winter has been a slow and challenging season. We don’t usually speak up about the behind-the-scenes struggles, we just keep showing up and doing what we love for our community.

This past week, between an unexpected break-in, the weather, and having to close on one of our busiest day (Sunday) and next day (Monday) the impact hit us harder than we were prepared for. It was a reminder of how quickly things can change and how much every single day matters for a small, independent restaurant, like us.

There are so many ways to support local: a To-go order, dining in, stopping by for a drink, sharing our posts, or simply keeping us in mind when you’re choosing where to spend your time. Every bit of it truly makes a difference.

And if you’re still can’t get out, or just don’t feel like braving the cold we totally can relate, but remenber we are here, ready to serve you.

We’re grateful to be part of such a strong, supportive community, and we’ll keep doing what we’ve always done, showing up, cooking with heart, and taking care of our guests. ❤️

Friday - 11:00 AM - 9:15 PM
Saturday - 4:00 PM - 8:45 PM
