I lost all my chickens to predators two years ago when my dad passed away. I’ve recently got some new chicks and I wanted to build an enclosed space for them. I’m keeping the old chicken house that my grandfather built and I’m building a safe place for them to run around in, safe from predators.
I’ve still got to wrap it in chicken wire and add a couple doors.
For the roof I used some old tin that my dad had put away. That man saved everything, LOL. I couldn’t help but think of him through this whole process.
