We’re excited to share the results of our
recent Shred and Electronics Recycling event held on Thursday, June 11th.

Together, we estimate that we collected approximately 10,500 pounds of confidential paper for secure shredding and recycling. Every pound was responsibly recycled, helping conserve valuable natural resources. Recycling this amount of paper saved approximately:
-89 trees
-36,700 gallons of water
-300 pounds of air pollutants
-21,500 kWh of energy

In addition to paper recycling, our community recycled an impressive 6,201 pounds of electronics, including flat screen monitors and televisions. Keeping these items out of landfills helps recover valuable materials while preventing hazardous substances from entering the environment.

Your participation helped reduce waste, conserve natural resources, protect our environment, and support a more sustainable future. Every document securely shredded and every electronic device responsibly recycled made a measurable difference.
