Progress was definitely made this year. Especially after switching goals/divisions mid-year.

They say bodybuilding is an individual sport but it’s really not. Sure, you are the eating the food, training, doing the cardio and getting on stage but it takes a team. Coaches, training partners, fellow gym members, family, friends and whatever support system you have. They all play a part in helping you accomplish your goals. So yes I made progress this year but it’s more like we made progress this year.

Here’s to a New Year of progress ahead and a thank you for the year that has been.
