In this genre-bending writing workshop, participants will explore their life experiences, extracting relevant material that could be molded into poetry, flash fiction and non-fiction at the intersection of creative freedom and censorship, thus exposing personal bias and socio-political injustice as we reclaim our right to be. Reading selection will be based on the current list of banned books in today's USA.
