Juntando o útil ao agradável, on Thursday August 14th we spent 3 hours doing what we do everyday - workout. At the same time, we were able to raise $11k to help our people in São Vicente Cabo Verde. It was a family affair with Criolas Contra Cancer, Ivanio Barbosa, Ka T. Silveira, PIRES Brothers Automotive, every soul who came by to sweat with us and all those who supported from afar. Thank you is never enough. The full amount will be handed to Bo Dze to help those most affected by the storm.

Criolas Contra Cancer made a small donation of $1000 (made possible by the generosity of our supporters PIRES Brothers Automotive to Bia, a happy vivacious two year old girl with a contagious smile. In an initiative by Dominick Donk to help provide Bia with a more stable life and a brighter future, a GoFundMe was created by Stephany Amado (Link below & in comments) to raise funds and start by improving Bia’s current living conditions.
