Entryway porches are a great opportunity to add detailed character to the property. Here we replaced the existing frame and footings, installed pvc decking, pvc trim, pvc post wraps and aluminum reinforced pvc rails with decorative inlays - all with hidden fasteners!
I’m confident this porch won’t require maintenance for 50 years!

This one threw us some curves. From reframing a window to replacing 24’ of rotted sill plate and finally opening up a concrete patio to allow for proper drainage. All on top of the fact that it’s a multi-tiered, pool code compliant, 500+ square foot deck to begin with. At the end of the day I’m confident it will last for fifty years and the customers are ecstatic. And that’s all that matters. 🙂 As always Rick Janes, Ben Willette and Scott Dunham deserve all the credit for turning my drawings into reality. Great work gentlemen. 💪🤘👍
