It was a busy weekend as Lindsay and Rich successfully helped 3 different clients secure a property.

Lindsay was the 1st showing scheduled on this all-brick Cape Cod and wrote such a strong offer the sellers accepted without allowing any other showings.

Rich secured an all-brick ranch in multiple offers for a couple relocating to the area from Ashtabula so they can be closer to family, and also helped a great family secure a 5 acre parcel in Medina for them to build their dream home on.

The Cleveland real estate market certainly feels like a rollercoaster right now.

Lindsay was able to secure an amazing property in Hinckley for clients while avoiding a multiple offer situation all while Rich was able to help secure a property for his client that was in multiple offers in Bedford.

We also closed on a client's investment property this week, just outside of Ohio City.
