As we continue our Teaching of the Masters throughout May, we reflect on one of the core principles of martial arts — respect.

True martial artists understand that respect goes beyond titles, belts, or outcomes. It is shown in how we treat our training partners, our opponents, and ourselves. Discipline and humility are reflected not just in victory, but in character.

In the dojo and beyond, respect is the foundation of growth, integrity, and self-mastery. 🥋🔥

Saturday, May 9th we will be hosting a super fun Mother’s Day Class! This is for students, any mother figures in their lives and any other family members that she is a motherly figure to!

Moms, stepmoms, grandmothers, aunts, older sisters, anyone like a mom is invited and cousins, siblings and other kids are welcome to join as well as long as they are age 5 or older.

Class will be 11:30AM to 12:30PM, light-hearted and fun with simple easy drills for kids and moms alike to do together! No sign-up necessary and no cost, just arrive to the dojo Saturday morning at 11:30AM and we will ensure EVERYONE has fun and makes some awesome memories!
