is open until 4pm today and then taking a snow day for the impending blizzard. I just restocked Rainbow YIKES! beanies here, and they are restocking on my website this afternoon too! Will ship as soon as I can shovel my way out of my driveway, probably.

The ghost scarf was one of the first designs I did for D. Simpkin Knits - and it's come a long way! I kept one of the original scarves for myself, and decided to compare what the original looks like vs. what they look like now!

The second photo shows the current iteration on the left, and the original on the right. Biggest difference is yarn choice! The original ones used a sparkly, synthetic eyelash yarn (a yarn cone rescued from a RISD dumpster) with white wool. The current scarves are a vintage Italian mohair and nylon blend with the same white wool. Seeing the difference between the same pattern in different textures was really fun.

I've got 1 ghost scarf up on my website right now. And one at ! Get one just in time for Halloween, or wear it all throughout the winter like I do!

'Tis the Spooky Season! I have a Bat Wing Cloak available now at , and I'm currently working on a second one to put online before Halloween! I'll be updating both my website and Hotpoint with my Creepy Cozy collection all month!

It's time for RISD CRAFT!!! the tent is up but the sun is shining for now, and we'll be here from 11-5. This is always one of my favorite shows of the year when I get a chance to participate, come say hi if you're in PVD!

Thowback to last years RISD CRAFT, because this years RISD CRAFT spring is this Saturday!!! The tent will be up so you can shop from talented alumni without getting rained on! Thank you for always hosting a wonderful show, I can't wait! Come visit us on college hill!

Get Ready for a Sale! A couple times a year I have a Scrunchie Flash sale here on Instagram, a 24 hour opportunity to get scrunchies that you can usually only get in person, and get some deals on Munchie Scrunchies! 

How will it work?

The sale will start May 24th at 4:00pm EST. Scrunchies that are available to purchase will be posted to my Instagram stories and available for 24 hours. Standard Scrunchies are 1 for $10, 3 for $25, and Munchie Scrunchies are 1 for $15, 2 for $25. All orders will be +$4 shipping for the US.

To make a purchase, DM me with the scrunchies you would like to order, payment will be taken via a PayPal invoice or Venmo (will need to provide address through dm if you pay with Venmo!). All orders will ship starting Tuesday, May 27th. 

I haven't had a scrunchie sale since last summer, so don't miss out! Watch this space Saturday for the sale!

Have I been meaning to post updates about my lack of going to shows for the last few months? Yes. Did I? Nope! Oops! Good news is, I'm alive and here to announce some things:

ANNUAL WINTER (OOPS X2) SCRUNCHIE FLASH SALE! will be May 24th starting at 4:00pm EST here on Instagram through my stories!

My first show of the year will be at the always wonderful RISD CRAFT spring show May 31st! I've been working hard to be fully stocked up for it, and can't wait to be back out in the world with my knit goodies!
