The rain can’t stop Team Xay! When the clouds rolled in before a gathering in Little Compton, our hosts quickly pivoted so we could still meet over a hundred guests in two waves. Grateful for John Barylick and Jenna Hashaway for their positive energy and flexibility, and to all who stopped by to take part in a fun night!
We’ve collected over 1,000 signatures, but we’re not stopping there. Our team is well organized to ensure we qualify for the ballot, and we’ll be out collecting signatures at the following signature parties this week:
• Exeter: 7/7 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 515 Ten Rod Road
• Cranston: 7/8 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 24 Searle Ave
• East Greenwich: 7/8 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 450 Main Street
• North Providence: 7/8 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 1675 Douglas Ave
• Tiverton: 7/8 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at 118 Main Road

We’ve declared and we’re bringing the heat! From backyard house parties, to an event with over 120 attendees, to stopping by signature parties, our campaign is in full swing. We’re so thankful to everyone who has welcomed us into their homes and communities as we criss cross the state.
