Rand Construction recently broke ground for C3 Industries on Phase II of its multi-facility development in Webberville, MI. C3 Industries is a multi-state, vertically integrated cannabis company that produces high-quality branded cannabis products. Phase I consisted of a 35,400 square foot state-of-the-art facility comprised of administration, cultivation, and processing areas. Phase II consists of two separate structures: a 66,600 square foot facility including a 43,500 square foot greenhouse and a 24,950 square foot processing/lab building. Rand Construction is excited to work with C3 Industries on this impressive development.

Despite the harsh winter weather, Rand Construction continues to stay on schedule for the completion of a new Biological Station for the Great Lakes Fishery Commission (GLFC) in Marquette, MI. The scope of the project is 44,175 square feet comprised of two main structures. Rand Construction recently completed a similar development for the GLFC in Ludington, MI. The GLFC is a US/Canada commission which coordinates fisheries research, controls the invasive sea lamprey, and facilitates cooperative fishery management. Rand Construction is honored to be working on behalf of this valued repeat customer.

Rand Construction was recently awarded the design-build contract to renovate the Lexus dealership in Lansing, MI. The renovation project is part of the national Lexus corporate brand imaging program. Upgrades include construction of two tower elements and a renovated facade clad with contemporary composite metal panels, in addition to adding decorative stone elements to the building exterior. Rand Construction is excited to again work with this repeat customer on this important project.

Rand Construction recently completed a new facility for Smart Label Solutions (SLS) in Howell Township, MI. SLS is a process engineering and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) solutions company, focused on automating and optimizing supply chains. The 24,400 square foot contemporary facility consists of office, manufacturing and warehouse functions. The building is designed around the Butler building system and its industry-leading, pre-engineered steel, roof and wall systems. Rand Construction is proud to have completed a new facility for such an innovative and fast-growing company.

Rand Construction recently completed a similar development for the GLFC in Ludington, MI. The GLFC is a bi-national commission made up of representatives from the US and Canada. The GLFC coordinates fisheries research, controls the invasive sea lamprey, and facilitates cooperative fishery management among the state, provincial, tribal, and federal agencies. Rand Construction is honored to be associated with such a well-respected organization.
