Trombone Shorty returned to Rochester this weekend as part of the 23rd Rochester International Jazz Festival. As usual, he packed Parcel 5 on the final night of the festival.

The Rochester Jazz Festival isnt just about music. As much crap as downtown receives for crime and violence, this 9 day stretch is all about community and having a good time. There is also some pretty amazing music if youre into that kind of thing. Festival runs through Saturday night, so rest up, text your friends and get down here!

Had the opportunity to visit the Dawson Knox Pro Camp at Nazareth. Knox could not be more humble and down to earth! These kids of all ages were glued to the coaches when Dawson came around, they listened to the Bills Pro Bowler. What a great morning this was!
