Where do you go to find some solace in the midst of chaos?
This is my place.
I’m still working.
I’m still processing the deep therapeutic work you’re doing.
I’m still reflecting on my role in it.
I’m still managing my own family’s day-to-day.
AND there is some peace here.
Breathe in the calm air.
Hear the birds and all their inflections.
Feel the breeze (or the heat).
Close my eyes for a moment.
Search for and utilize your space.

🏠 Setting: Choose a setting that minimizes distractions, incorporating natural elements or imagery whenever possible.
☕️ Comfort: Enhance comfort levels by utilizing a blanket or enjoying a cold beverage.
✅ Goals: Establish realistic goals and track progress using tallies or time logs.
💭 Thoughts: Encourage a positive mindset by repeating affirmations, such as "I am capable," "I can achieve this," and "I will not entertain intrusive thoughts today."
