Yes!!!
Not everything has to be a superfood. We can just eat food, and it's ok.
Food is neutral.
Whether you’re Team Bananas or Team Blueberries, the key takeaway here is that there’s more to healthy eating than just nutrition facts.
Context matters. Preferences matter. Goals matter.
Instead of using an arbitrary list of food “rules” to determine what you eat, try to make dietary choices based on your unique body, goals, preferences, and needs.

Client Win Wednesday
Sarah has done a LOT of mindset work this year, especially around letting food just be food - not good or bad - and the all-or-nothing thinking that traps so many people.
She's had a super busy summer. We finally caught up, and she had so much to share. A few highlights:
1. When she saw the goodies her family was loading in the cart for their vacation, she grabbed goodies for herself that fit her goals, instead of stressing about the added expense.
2. While eating foods she normally wouldn't, she told herself to enjoy them without stuffing herself, then move on... and didn't beat herself up afterwards.
3. After returning home, she jumped right back into her normal eating plan, without the normal stress or sense of dread - it wasn't a big deal to do this time.
The gains in Sarah's healthy relationship with food, and mental stress, are a HUGE sign that she's moving in the right direction!
