Amen!

Yesterday, I was waiting for my client to change into his next outfit when a beautiful, sweet old dog came up to me and was smelling my legs and nudging me, she was pretty persistent in friending me. I decided that she could smell my dogs and knew I was an animal lover. After chatting with her momma, we found out that she was enjoying her last hour on this earth before going to the vet one last time. Mom was heartbroken and trying to give Angel (yes, that was the sweet old girls' name) one last walk in the park before she left this earth. Since I was waiting for my client, I offered to take some photos of them. We were all crying, it was heartbreaking, but after it was all said and done, it was obvious to me that Angel and God had a plan, Angel knew I was the person to take those photos and that was her one last gift to her momma for the wonderful life she had provided for her. I believe this with every fiber of my being. In the last photo, and after I had photographed my client, I went and gave Angel a kiss and hug goodbye, while I was also saying goodbye to my clients, Angel was looking at me from across the park smiling, as if she was thanking me and telling me she was happy and would be ok. I will forever cherish this moment for I know that there was divine intervention and for me to be the one that was chosen humbles me beyond comprehension. God is good. May sweet Angel Rest in Peace and be running and playing with her new, healthy body!!!
