This project was BIG‼️ check out the post about phase 1: with pictures of the landscaping!

In this phase, we needed to fix the home’s retaining wall and fence with top priority. Here is the before and after!

Here is phase 2: woodwork
-2 new wooden beams to replace old one as support for the porch
-2 new posts the support the beams
-Small wooden screen next to the stairs
-Large wooden screen to hide electrical panel with service door for when needed
-Privacy fence on top of concrete retaining wall
-Reinforced concrete retaining wall with rebar and more concrete
-New ceiling under the porch with trim
-New service door for the crawl space (level with concrete so it’s flush)
-New fence gate for small storage space

This project required a lot of patience and hard work. We are happy with the outcome and the customer loved it!
