We are currently looking for Service and Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of warranty claims and maintaining accurate records, you will also be in charge of Scheduling service and preventative maintenance visits for our technicians. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to navigate computer systems will be essential in providing excellent customer service and resolving any warranty-related issues. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and can complete daily tasks with proficiency and accuracy we strongly encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate/ Schedule Preventative Maintenance and Service visits for Technicians.
- Process warranty claims and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Communicate with customers and manufacturers regarding warranty claims
- Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Maintain warranty records and documentation
- Assist in resolving warranty disputes or issues
- Provide support to the service department as needed

Skills Needed:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of warranty processes and procedures
