With the US Open coming to Southampton next week, we are expecting heavy traffic that may impact travel and response times.

The teams at Grand Prix Equine, Atlantic Equine Services, and Lotus Veterinary Services are working together, with support from Cornell Ruffian, to ensure the continued care and safety of every patient.

To help us provide the best care possible, please:
• Contact us as early as possible if concern for a possible emergency arises
• Allow extra travel time for appointments
• Have a transportation plan in place should your horse need to be transported directly to the clinic

Grand Prix Equine is seeking a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. We are a privately owned equine veterinary practice located in Newtown, CT.

The schedule is 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

Candidates should possess strong computer skills, horse knowledge, excellent customer service, and be detail oriented with a positive attitude. Dependability is a must.

Responsibilities include answering phones, client service, sending medical records, collecting payments, and pharmacy assistance when needed.

Job qualifications include a high school diploma and 12+ months of related experience. We are looking for a team player who is open to learning, is respectful, and outgoing.
